Ergonomic Testing Accessories

SEALS USA Inc. provides several force adapters in its Ergonomic-Physical Therapy product offering. The product line consists of several adapters, brackets and kits which provide flexibility to match each user’s specific needs when combined with a Nidec mechanical or digital force gauge.

Several padded adapter attachments are available to fit any compatible mechanical or digital gauge with M6 male thread connector. The ERGO-SQ is a small square, padded adapter for basic ergonomic testing. The ERGO-RCT provides a rectangular padded shape for larger surface testing requirements. The ERGO-CRV comes with a padded curve shape which enables easier resistance motion testing of appendages. The all-in-one testing kit, ERGO-KIT, includes 3 padded attachments: a large curve, a small curve and a rectangle shape for testing flexibility.

On the gauge side, the ERGO-HANDLE includes a gauge mounting bracket and integral rubber grip handle to aid in single arm pull testing or similar resistance tension testing. The ERGO-HANDLE-KIT includes two rubber grip handles with gauge mounting bracket as well as a carrying case. The two handles are mounted on each side of the gauge bracket to enable usage in applications like dead weight lift testing or two hand tension pull testing.
