SEALS USA provides calibration services for our customers who need to routinely check their equipment for proper performance and adherence to stated specifications. We maintain high standards in our environmentally controlled facility. Our test equipment is checked on an annual bases by NIST traceable equipment and protocols. In cases where the returned products do not meet their respective specifications upon initial inspection, our technicians can regularly perform corrective actions to return the units to their published specifications.

Our lab technicians are fully capable of diagnosing and repairing our Tachometers, Stroboscopes, Force Gauges, Force Test Stands and Torque instruments.

Returns (RMA’s)

Prior to sending a unit back for repair or calibration, contact our office at 630-924-7138 to obtain an RMA number for return.

A Return Material Authorization form will be provided approving the return.

For repair returns, provide an explanation of the problem the product is experiencing along with contact information. A quotation will be provided for all repair work prior to completion.

Note: If a response is not provided to SEALS USA how to process the repair, items may be returned or disposed after 90 days.
